Learn to Meditate
Next course May 29th - June 1st 2026
Join Stefanie and discover the simple yet powerful practice of Vedic meditation. This transformative technique will be taught across four sessions, each lasting about 1.5 hours, held consecutively over four days. Through this method, you'll effortlessly dissolve stress and fatigue from your body, increased wakefulness, calmness, and creativity. Infused with Vedic wisdom, each session will inspire and equip your newfound daily practice. Plus, you'll be welcomed into a supportive community of local meditators.
The Course
Experience Vedic meditation in person over four consecutive days:
Day 1: Private session (1 hour)
Day 2: Small group session (approx. 90 min)
Day 3: Small group session (approx. 90 min)
Day 4: Small group session (approx. 90 min)
Day 1:
Welcome gratitude ceremony, receive your personal mantra and initial instruction, followed by a guided meditation.
Days 2 through day 4:
Focus on refining your technique, exploring meditation mechanics, establishing a daily practice, understanding mind-body connections, managing stress, and unlocking creativity and intuition.
We meditate together during each session and practice between sessions.
By course end, you'll be equipped with theoretical knowledge and practical experience, becoming a self-sufficient meditator, able to practice anytime, anywhere, without guidance or apps.
Private courses are available upon request for individuals, couples, families, friends, or groups.
Note: Completing all four sessions consecutively is essential, as each day builds upon the previous one.

Learn privately with Stefanie in her home in St Kilda, or arrange for her to come to you.
Private courses create a more personalised experience, with flexible scheduling and gentle, tailored support throughout your learning journey.
Families are warmly welcomed to learn together, and workplaces, teams, and organisations can organise group courses to bring the benefits of Vedic meditation into everyday life and culture.
Group pricing is available for multiple participants.
